21st SCANCOR PhD course on institutional analysis

SCANCOR celebrated the 21st session of its annual weeklong doctoral course in institutional theory in late August. This year the course was hosted by the Department of Government at the University of Bergen, and brought together students and top scholars from Europe and internationally, including several Stanford faculty.
