Ulla Eriksson-Zetterquist
Ulla Eriksson-Zetterquist is Professor of Management and Organization Studies at the School of Business, Economic, and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
In her research, Ulla investigates topics as governance issues, digitalization, and inclusion, across diverse settings such as private corporations, public sector organizations, and universities. The research has been published in books, academic articles, book chapters, and in co-edited special issues of academic journals. Recently, she collaborated with Kerstin Sahlin (co-editors. on two special issues for Research in the Sociology of Organizations, leading an international comparative project with over 30 scholars. The focus was on exploring challenges to faculty authority and on how such authority can be restored.
From 2012 to 2023 Ulla was the director of the multidisciplinary research institute Gothenburg Research Institute (University of Gothenburg, Sweden). During 2014-2015 she was the chair person of the Swedish Academy of Business and Management. From 2014 to 2020 she held executive board positions in forestry industry corporations. She has served on the Editorial Board of Gender, Work, and Organization. In 2020 she was honored Membership of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, Department VI. She has been a visiting fellow at SCANCOR Stanford in 2010 and SCANCOR Harvard in 2016.
